JMS Lighten Up is a family business, owned and operated by a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with over 15 years of experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential electrical field.
Watts Lighting System are unique pixel LED smart lights that are controlled from your smartphone, permanently mounted with a custom manufactured track specifically designed to look nearly invisible as they blend into your roofline while turned off. These are not your standard Christmas lights as they accent and enhance the look of your residential, commercial, and industrial buildings all year round. The customizable track can also be installed on decks, fences, sheds, and more!

The Watts 2.0 app is a simple and unique tool that allows you to create beautiful static patterns and customize your own fun animations. The app also offers a timer and scheduler to set your lights to turn on and off automatically to your desired pattern or animation.
The Watts LED Advantage
3x RGBW LED's
Not every LED pixel light is made the same. Watts LED Pixel Lights focuses on even concentration of colors. This is accomplished by using 3 individual LED chips that also have 4 individual LED colors loaded on each chip. This means that Watts LED Pixel Lights have a total of 12 LED light segments on every Pixel Light, bringing the most vivid and bright colors possible with even saturation.
Watts lights are also built with a luxurious warm white LED that allows for an amazing architectural accent throughout the year!
Fused & Certified
One of the biggest things that sets Watts apart is certification and fused protection. While others like to show their lights are certified, if everything else that the lights are attached to are not certified and protected then the entire point of the certification goes out the window. Watts lights, and entire system, is certified end-to-end.
Watts lights also have built in surge protection to help improve their life span and make them even safer on your home VS the competition. Watts lights are truly the safest on the market! All installed products meet full CSA regulations.
Bright & Vivid
While some competitors like to say they are "The Brightest" that is not a claim we even want to make. Watts lights are VERY bright, and are built in a way to be compliant with most municipal bylaws on light pollution (whether in a large municipal area or in the country).
The Watts Lighting system has been enhanced with segmented brightness control allowing you to still gain control over the brightness of all lights at once, but ensuring that certain areas are always slightly dimmer like on the side of a house where your neighbour may have windows.
Single Connected Lights
Watts lights are all connected one-by-one. This is important, and all premium brands ensure this same type of connector for a reason; the ability to service your lights down the road if a warranty issue ever occurs. If your system is out of warranty, ensuring a low-cost replacement is even more important to us.
The IP68 connectors used are 80% of the cost of each light. We spend a bit more here to help reduce labour and bring down the cost of the rest of the system so that the lights are the most affordable on the market, while still maintaining the highest quality. A few pennies on the lights, means saving you HOURS in install and warranty issues in the future.
